Argument 186
The following is a recommendation from the director of personnel to the president of Professional Printing Company.
"In a recent telephone survey of automobile factory workers, older employees were less likely to report that having a supervisor present increases their productivity. Among workers aged 18 to 29, 27 percent said that they are more productive in the presence of their immediate supervisor, compared to 12 percent for those aged 30 or over, and only 8 percent for those aged 50 or over. Clearly, if our printing company hires mainly older employees, we will increase productivity and save money because of the reduced need for supervisors."

(words: 524 time: n/a)

According to the argument, the director of personnel of Professional Printing Company (PPC) recommends to hire mainly older employees for the consideration of the increased productivity and reduced need for supervisors seen from a survey for automobile company. This argument is worth doubting in several critical perspectives.
Older age does not definitely concerns with more experience. Though older age means more working time, yet experience is a product of one’s sincere devotion, assiduous practice, and continual self-reflection. Comparing with a 35-year old smart man with 10 years’ working experience, 14 hours per day, will a 40-year aged man with little passion on his repeating 8-hour work every day produce more for a company?
Even though an older worker is experienced, the productivity cannot be merely increased by more experience if the producing conditions change, or more creativeness is called for. The last decades of twentieth century witnessed the great change coming up with the information revolution that creativeness is growing more and more determinate in some fields, such as web search engine market, in stead of experience, which was a vital factor to increase the productivity for most businesses before the revolution.
Experience is an asset which is possessed by an older worker, as a return, he may request higher salaries than the young, which may also offset the effect of cost reduction. Just like the situation in entertainment circle: The more popular an actor is, the higher offering an employer pays. Hiring a student from a performing university as a supporting role in a film may cost two thousand dollars, while it will cost 200 million to employ Jackie Chan playing as a chief actor in <Travel around the World in 80 Days>. An experienced worker might demand many more times salaries than a freshman.
There is no convincing evidence showing the principle that hiring experienced workers can reduce the supervising cost for the automobile industry also applies to the printing industry. Supervising payout for a printing firm may be just a small fraction of the total budget, unlikely the situation in an automobile company where error tolerance is more rigorous, supervisors are more demanding and budget in supervising part is respectively higher.
Experienced workers, quarries pursued by competitors in the same industry, are more likely to be recruited by other companies with more competitive offerings, which might be a great loss for the company who hires those employees. While this situation is less like to happen to younger workers who have more loyalty to his own company since he makes his path from an apprentice to an expert all in one company.
Meanwhile, staff diversity plays a significant role in the stability of a corporation in long run. Google never needs to worry about the crack of employees due to its integrate plan of cultivating employees from intern level to experienced level, to expert level, which guarantees Google’s continuously highly accelerating incomes.
In sum, without proving the effect of experience, accounting for the higher offerings, considering the specific circumstances in PPC, realizing the importance of staff diversity, it is to hesitate to make such a recommendation to employ experienced workers for PPC.

According to the argument, the director of personnel of Professional Printing Company (PPC) recommends to hire mainly older employees for the consideration of the increased productivity and reduced need for supervisors seen from a survey for automobile company.(无比强大的句子啊,可惜我觉得不好,费了好大劲才读懂) This argument is worth doubting in several critical perspective(不好,宁愿用aspect)s.

Older age does not definitely concerns(不好) with more experience. Though older age means more working time, yet(用了though还用 yet?) experience is a product of one’s sincere devotion, assiduous practice, and continual self-reflection. Comparing with a 35-year old smart man with 10 years’ working experience, 14 hours per day, will a 40-year aged man with little passion on his repeating 8-hour work every day produce more for a company?

Even though an older worker is experienced, the productivity cannot be merely increased by more experience if the producing conditions change, or more creativeness is(要么就把is去掉(后置定语),要么就用定语从句) called for. The last decades of twentieth century witnessed the great change coming up with the information revolution that creativeness is growing more and more determinate in some fields, such as web search engine market, in stead of experience, which was a vital factor to increase the productivity for most businesses before the revolution. (句式可以多变些,不要老用BE动词啊)

Experience is an asset which is possessed by an older worker, as a return, (又一句子了,前面用分号或将前面该成状语从句) he may request higher salaries than the young, which may also offset the effect of cost reduction. Just like the situation in entertainment(用形容词!) circle: The more popular an actor is, the higher offering an employer pays. Hiring a student from a performing university as a supporting role in a film may cost two thousand dollars, while it will cost 200 million to employ Jackie Chan playing as a chief actor in <Travel around the World in 80 Days>. An experienced worker might demand many more times salaries than a freshman.

There is no convincing evidence showing the principle that hiring experienced workers can reduce the supervising cost for(in) the automobile industry also applies to the printing industry. Supervising payout(payment) for a printing firm may be just a small fraction of the total budget, unlikely the situation in an automobile company where error tolerance is more rigorous, supervisors are more demanding and budget in supervising part is respectively higher.

Google never needs to worry about the crack of employees due to its integrate plan of cultivating employees from intern(词性) level to experienced level, to expert(词性)  level, which guarantees Google’s continuously highly accelerating incomes.

In sum, without proving the effect of experience, accounting for the higher offerings, considering the specific circumstances in PPC, (and) realizing the importance of staff diversity, it is to hesitate to make such a recommendation to employ experienced workers for PPC.

(总的看来觉得语言和用词都不太好,楼主下次发作业前可以自己再改改语法错误啊)
