Should an individual in a society obey the law, whether is just or unjust? It is true that in some sense, some people would hold a belief that every in the society have a responsibility to obey any law, while other people would have an opposing attitude. However, in my opinion, I fundamentally disagree with the speaker's claims that human people should disobey and resist unjust laws for some reasons substantiated by following discussions.

Admittedly, the question of whether the law is just or unjust is impossibly determined by individual. Pay attention to the development of history of law, few can argue that any law either have a just aspect to some one or have a unjust aspect to others. Consider the law of environmental protection, the law require industry cost money to protect the environment which maybe destroyed by the waste of industry. However, by costing money to protect environment, industries undoubtedly would have to increase the cost and decrease the salary of their employee. It is true that these employees of industry would consider unjust the law of environmental protection, while the residents living in round of industries would do a favor of the law and consider just the law.

Secondly, the fundamental reason why I disagree with the speaker is that from the individuality, humanity, responsibility of law, it is necessary for each individual obey any type of law. Without the restriction of law, a society would not normally run in the appropriate routine. There is no better illusion than the law of clone, through the technology of clone, indeed can human people acquire some new organ which would continue one's life. Whereas if the law of clone do not fix a limit in the technology of clone, human people would face an immense crisis of ethnic, moral, and value of a society. In the movie of "Star war: attack of clones", due to many scientist disobey the law of clone, countless clones have been created so that the number of them surpass the number of human people, a horrible and brutal war occurred between in the human people and clones. It is no doubt that the rationality and objectivity of many laws require any one in the society having a responsibility to obey them.

Finally but not least, when it comes to the authority of law, any one has not the right to disobey, and resist the law, it is only through the legislation that a law can be amended. For example, in the Culture Revolution of China, because Chairman Mao, who was the leader of the Communist Party, ignored the importance of the law, the Chinese constitution was amended at will therefore the power and authority of law were lowered. It is impossible for people to have a fear to the law, there is a disordered situation in China. However, when considering the current China, if a law wants to be amended, it should be discussed by the legislation. People of China increasingly have the cognition that the authority of law can not be disobeyed. From the case, it is necessary for an individual, society, and nation to protect the authority of law.

In conclusion, no one can deny the character of law that is just for some people and unjust for others. Owed to the force of a law, any one in the society has a order, so it is necessary for every one to maintain and protect the authority of a law.
