The Australia Bureau of Meteorlogy collets up-to-the-miniute information on weather through a system composed of sattelites, radars, drifiting buoies and a computer which is to receive and deal with datum, photos and charts.
Sattellites send sattellite photos, radas send radar screens and drifiting buoies send synoptic charts all to the computer. The computer receive all the messages, dispose them and form weather forcast. Then the weather forcast information is sent to TV newsreader, radio and recorded announcement.
