被MHC给WAIT LIST了,昨天发了封EMAIL给AO,回信是这样的,麻烦大家帮忙看下~多谢~
开头和结尾我就省了.

First, you should know that we had a very qualified applicant pool this year and could easily have admitted well over 90% of our applicants.  Please know that being placed on the wait list is not a reflection of a deficiency in your application -- we simply had too many qualified students interested in attending MHC for the number of spaces available.
The wait list is currently made up of just over 500 applicants, and is not ranked.  In terms of how many students we admit from the wait list, every year is different.  In the past few years, we’ve only been able to admit a few students.
Since you are an international applicant and are not likely to receive your formal letter regarding our wait list decision for a few weeks, your email will serve to verify that you wish to remain on our wait list.  Thus, you do not need to send back your reply form.
Although we try to notify students regarding their final admission decision in late April and early May, a number of factors can facilitate or impede this decision, so we appreciate you patience.  Unfortunately, wait listed students may have to pay an enrollment deposit at another college if they have not been offer admission to MHC by May 1.
In terms of additional materials, we have everything we need to render a decision and ask that you please not send supplementary information.  It is not possible to have an interview at this time.

它说WAIT LIST上有500多号人还UNRANKED,但是又不给寄ADDITIONAL MATERIALS,那最后怎么选人?难道是嘴上说UNRANKED,实际上RANK?虽然知道WAIT LIST不能抱太大希望,但是死马当活马医了,想抱着拼一拼的心态试试.有好多东西想补充可它居然说不要寄......郁闷啊...请问有经验的前辈和同学,大家在这种情况下有什么好方法争取吗?不胜感激~THX A MILLION!
