同意有时有必要告知民众政策，但是不是越多越有利
1、暂且同意为了满足民众的好奇心并指引民众做出正确的决定，政府需要让人们知道最新的消息及关于他们的会议讨论。举例：非典。穆沙拉夫。
2、但是不适所有会议一经公布就会有利，甚至有时不当公布会威胁社会安全
3、而且过度暴露会议会让政府看起来很易攻击。

I generally agree that from the proceedings showed in television, as the speaker asserts, people will benefit from the extent to which sometimes understanding issues affecting their lives can guide their lives in the right way. Nevertheless, the latter opinion, that supposes more exposure means more benefit to the society, seems to be a little extreme. It overlooks the circumstances under which more leak about government inner decisions might be adversely effect the society.

Admittedly, in order to appease the public curiousness of policy and lead people to a right determination, the government should let people know the latest news and some part of discussion about them in the boardroom. History has informed us that if the government withholds some issues which are quite relevant to the life of populace, the turbulence is the most chance to happen. For instance, the major of one city in China deliberately secrete the appearance of SARS, and consequently the whole city underestimate situation which lead a serious spread of the illness. Another ample examples involves that Musharraf , the despot, is the person who creates the chaos for owning absolute rule without taking the public participated in and making them known the decision of the country. To avoid such event to happen, it is necessary to open some part of government proceedings.

However, not all the proceedings if televised can benefit the society and even sometimes the case is that undue and improper disclose of the government working emphasis will menace the security of the country. The country is vulnerable to the opponents either in real enemies such as terrorisms or in hypocritical friends around the world. For example, our rivals in the market will not worry about being confused by our diplomatic and social words on the international meeting because they can figure out our real task or aim through our television program. The terrorisms can easily pierce our fortification through the military meetings on the special TV channel. As a result of former cases, we can not even protect our country let alone improve our society system.

What’s more, excessive opening the work of government might makes the government vulnerable by the public and it’s policy is less possibly constructive to the society. Suppose a person is found often to compromise, he/she can not convince the other people as a leader. Alike, the government might make a hesitation in many issues when taking all the factors into account, while such a proceeding could probably mislead the public in regarding the government as a powerless control institution.

In sum, sometimes the government’s forthrightness of issues in the board is beneficial to the society especially when the issues is close to life of the public. However, more leak of information not always lead a better life for information about strategic decision, such as in the economic and military aspects, will put the country in to a dangerous situation.
