一个来自费城11岁的天才女歌手Bianca Ryan（比安卡·赖安,1995年出生）,在美国的综艺节目America’s Got Talent上一举成名.演唱了一首美国第一女高音Jennifer Holliday的《And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going》简直是惊为天人。全场观众起立喝彩，惊的现场评委都捂住嘴巴站了起来。这些评委也都是赫赫有名：女歌手Brandy、影星David Hasselhoff和制片人Piers Morgan，个个都是大腕级人物，他们对小女孩的赞誉也是毫不吝啬“这是我听到的最棒的声音”、“你一定是个未来之星”。8月17日总决赛，这位女孩成功夺冠，获得100万美金的奖金。
2006年11月发行了个人同名专集Bianca Ryan,该张专集不但收录了Bianca Ryan翻唱的一些经典歌曲,像The Rose,I Believe I Can Fly等,同时收录的也有自己原创的一首歌曲Why Couldn’t It Be Christmas Everyday?

去年看的AGT，把自己以前写得一段感触贴下

看去年的第一季AGT，被这个只有十一岁，唱Jennifer Holiday这样重量级女高音的《And I'm Telling You I'm Not Going》唱得那么荡气回肠的女孩深深震撼。那样的爆发力，那样的穿透力，连同样是少女成材的Brandy都说———— I can't even do this.
这首歌寒假看 Dreamgirls时也有听到，里面的女配角Jennifer Hudson高亢的声音让我难以想象，几乎没有停顿和休止地连续那么一串高音直入云霄而且渗透着悲情（当时以为是别人唱的，后来才知道她是04美国偶像的十佳，长太丑了被淘汰，来演电影反而不经意拿了奥斯卡最佳女配角，说实话，没觉得演得好，唱得好是真，不过声音太强悍了，相对更喜欢beyonce铿锵华丽但不过于猛烈的声音，婉转自如，曼妙无方，不浑厚但轻灵）
