u better go to HK for ur test
related testing materials please go to www.amazon.com
and register on www.collegeboard.org(tele:609-771-7600)
after pay fee,they will inform u and mail u test ticket

absolutely yes...

almost all ivy league universities require writing in SAT2
why dont use the american standards since u are applying for american colleges

SAT II

sat ii is almost required even for intls(given the drastical level of competition, if not stated in legal documents). TWE's grade can reflect only your ability of mastering grammar. SAT II writing's grading takes measures on other aspects such as vocab base, orignality and so on. Unless u can submit an absolutely kickass essay, go take ur sat II
