Official English language translations of documents not in English (these should be scanned with the original non-English language documents);
Evidence of English language proficiency e.g. IELTS/TOEFL or other proof of English language proficiency accepted by UQ;
A completed Proposal for a Research Project;
Your current Curriculum Vitae including relevant research publications and employment experience;
Academic referee reports;
If you have applied for and been granted a scholarship, you will be asked to provide official documentation from the sponsoring organisation showing the duration of the scholarship, what is paid for by the scholarship, and details of any restrictions on the field of study, topic of research, or rights to intellectual property.
