First, you should take a position and defend your position effectively. fffhgflkghfr89Don't be afraid to use your gut instinct. If you agree to the prompt, then tell yourself "yes". A one-word answer —yes,—no, or —maybe, is enough. Remember that there is no correct answer to an essay question?you can't get this step wrong. The point is grfg%^^$simply to focus your mind on the point you're trying to make in your essay.

It is also important to note that you don‘t have to worry about being politically correct or trying not to offend your reader when you plan your answer. $%$%%$&^(yugjhiOne of my friends wrote an essay regarding human rights and racial discrimination, which is a touchy topic is USA, and still receive a perfect score of 12. So, nothing to worry about.

! U) o# ~+ V  ]5 P% m! gAfter choosing your position, you need to choose examples can defend your position. YugihfghsohojMake sure the relationship between the examples and your position is direct and not only remotely related to your position.

) }" e( I$ O/ wIt is critical that start your essay with a flat statement of the point you intend to prove. In other words, begin your essay with a one-sentence statement to tell the reader your position to the prompt. If the reader cannot grasp your position upon viewing the first sentence, it is not very likely that you can convince the reader that you deserve a high score.ghflghjfslghkkhjklhighgf

Here's the catch: the SAT essay reader values the student's ability to recognize the complexity of an issue. If you simply say "yes" to prompt "should we protect privacy above everything?", then you might fail to recognize that criminals may use privacy as excuses to invade justice. There is NO such issue appeared on the SAT essay prompt that can only be right in one direction.
