Moreover, if we never question the fairness of laws and follow like sheep, it does not mean respecting laws but disregarding our rights and duties instead. In other words, pointing out the flaw in laws shows our deep concern on unjustice in society. Just as Martin Luther King mentioned, "I submit the individual who breaks the law which the conscience tells him is unjust and who willingly to accept the penalty of imprisonment in order to arouse the conscience of the community over the injustice is really expressing the highest respect for the law.' It is our duty to point out anything in law if goes wrong and put it in a correct and useful way.

However, it is dangerous to disobey and resist laws without logical thinking. There is no definite standard between fair and unfair. But we do have a major premise that protect the stability and peace of society. So the obeyance make sence only if it is recogonized by majority of people. In additon, as individuals, we should better use reason to solve problems through a peaceful avenue. For example, we can resort to the congress where can remedy improper laws. Or we can turn to the mass media to express our concerns. In a word, in this stalbe society, we should not cause fierce conflict if there exists alternative ways.

In sum, citizens have the rights and responsibility to oppose laws if go wrong. Such behaviors reflect our concern about equality and liberty in society and also contribute to ameliorate laws. However, we should use logical thinking to against improper laws which must be recognized by general public. All in all, our ultimate goal is to build a fair and harmonious community.
