不是毕业了就给认证的，我问学校了，学校回复说

I assume you are referring to the AASW (Australian Association of Social Workers) membership. I have consulted with the faculty, who have confirmed that Flinders is not currently accredited by the association, therefore students would need to apply separately for membership. I have been informed that the University is in the process of arranging accreditation.
