17. "There are two types of laws:just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obeyjust laws and, even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws."
有两种法律:公正的和不公正的。每个社会成员都有责任遵守公正的法律,但是更重要的是,更应该不遵守和反抗不公正的法律。
社会和个人之法律公正么?

Law is a system of rules managed by themanager of a country to keep the whole society move on in a certain order. Livewithout it, our life may become a disaster. Law is also a tool used by thedominator to keep their control of their people. To protect the potentate’sprivilege, law may be cruel and unjust to demos. However, to determine whethera law is fair or not, no single person can make the decision. Everyone shouldbe carefully when disobey the law that maybe you thought unfair.

Imagine that you go for work one day butsee all drivers are driving as fast as they like on the high way and ignore thesignal lights. When you arrive at you office you found no one comes to work ontime. Your boss can deduct your wages and curtail your rest time at his will. When go home back, your neighbor is holding a big party in your beautifulgarden which you spend a lot of time to crop. Is this day a nightmare for you?Yes, if without the traffic law, labor law, property law and much morecountless laws, everyday might become a nightmare for us. We may almost ignoretheir existence and obey them unconsciously, but they are already deeplyplanted in our daily life. These laws can be the catalyst of our socialdevelopment.

On the other hand, not all laws havepositive effect on the human society. Some ones were legislated for maintainingtheir control of public. In Qing dynasty of ancient China, the king burned all thebooks of Kong Fuji and killed all the people that admire this great thinker. All his books can't be print and make hand-written copy any more, none of histheories can be referred. Luckily, most of his thoughts has been memorized byhis students and been taught orally. This kind of law, makes people blindness, deters the progress of social, is unjust and harmful. To distinguish such lawsand to fight with it can lead us to a much brighter, democratic, free country.

But to resist a law that you thought notfair may generate a result that just opposite to your original will. A law thatmakes individuals certain lost may give the whole country more advantages. China's singlechild policy for example, to each family, a single child will be very lonely inhis young age. Also, the selfish character formed during his growing period canalso make his parents’ headache. But to the whole country, the burden of hugepopulation, the lack of foods, land, and drinkable water is much lightened. Soto go against with this kind rule, that sacrifice the profit of single personfor the benefit of the whole country, may be an unsound choice.

As a conclusion, a smoothly moved society cannotleave the assist of law. We should carefully examine how to tell whether a lawis justice or not. To fight with the law that run for the privilege of littleperson but harmful to lager population. But accept some ones that not seem goodto you but benefits the whole.

My comment and suggestion

Law is a system of rules managed by the manager of a country to keep the whole society move on in a certain order. Live without it, our life may become a disaster. Law is also a tool used by the dominator to keep their control of their people. To protect the potentate’s privilege, law may be cruel and unjust to demos. However, to determine whether a law is fair or not, no single person can make the decision. Everyone should be carefully when disobey the law that maybe you thought unfair.

Imagine that you go for work one day but see all drivers are driving as fast as they like on the highway and ignore the signal lights. When you arrive at you
(r)
office you found no one comes to work on time. Your boss can deduct your wages and curtail your rest time at his will. When go home back, your neighbor is holding a big party in your beautiful garden which you spend a lot of time to crop. Is this day a nightmare for you? Yes, if without the traffic law, labor law, property law and much more countless laws, everyday might become a nightmare for us. We may almost ignore their existence and obey them unconsciously, but they are already deeply planted in our daily life. These laws can be the catalyst of our social development.

On the other hand, not all laws have positive effect on the human society. Some ones were legislated for maintaining their control of
(the) public. In Qing dynasty of ancient China, the king burned all the books of Kong Fuji (who is he? any chinese) and killed all the people that admire(d ???) this great thinker. All his books can't be print and make hand-written copy any more, none of his theories can be referred. Luckily, most of his thoughts has (have) been memorized by his students and been taught orally. This kind of law, makes people blindness, deters the progress of social, is unjust and harmful. To distinguish such laws and to fight with it can lead us to a much brighter, democratic, (and)
free country.

But to resist a law that you thought not fair may generate a result that just opposite to your original will. A law that makes individuals certain lost may give the whole country more advantages. China's single child policy for example, to each family, a single child will be very lonely in his young age. rule, that sacrifice the profit of single person for the benefit of the whole country, may be an unsound choice.

As a conclusion, a smoothly moved society cannot leave the assist of law. We should carefully examine how to tell whether a law is justice or not. To fight with the law that run for the privilege of little person but harmful to lager
(large) population. But accept some ones that not seem good to you but benefits the whole.

The essay is good with minor mistake and obvious and impressive examples that I haven’t thought about.
# You provide a daily story to illustrate some laws have already cultivated in every people’ heart. This example shows your support for one of the aspects of the author’s claim.
# Second, you wrote two different circumstances people facing unjust laws or rules. And you clearly illustrate that when people should confront and disobey that laws or rules. These two paragraphs focus on the other aspects of the author’s claim.

My English level is limited. But the following is my suggestion.
Is it better to put the main idea / last sentence to the beginning of the second paragraph? It seems that it will be more consistent as the other paragraphs.

I don't think you quite make sense of the issue.
Your essay looks like discussing whether all laws are necessary.
