Modern society has become more complex, so it is essential for the young people to have the ability to plan and organize

There are only 24 hours in your day, just the same as everybody else's.Planning enable us to generate more effective work and productivity in the limited time.Actually,we make plans all the time,setting out where we are going and imaging what we are doing next.But sometimes things do not turn out as what we hoped or expected.So,to plan and organize is a key ability for everybody,espacially the young people with a long life journey to experience.

Nowadays,the ways of sparing time vary dramatically due to the innovation of high-tech tools.With entertainment instruments,it is hard for us to concentrate on one thing which may eventually lead to the failure in the work. The conditions may even get worse when it occurs in the young people with weak self-control that wasting time on useless things is the common result to them.To avoid this kind of waste,we must develop the abilities to plan and organize.In many universities,the courses of time management is popular with the young people which can teach them to plan for their time and lead a efficient life.In a word,previous planing and organizing prevent us from wasting time unconsciously and help us gain more achievements.

Furthermore,plans can prepare us for the unexpected changes in the complex scoiety.My picnic,for instance,can never be a perfect one if I don’t take the changing weather into account.Plans always force you to figue out every possible measure to deal with unexpected ingredients,which may contribute to the ability of coping with changes.As they say,only one thing which will never change and that is change.The earlier we learn to plan for it,the better we perform in changes.

If we are luck enough that the unexpected changes do not take place,the planing and organizing will also help us to obtain chances.Suppose that recently a company on the Fortune 500 list provides a position which requires the candidates with high quality such as the communication skills,the organizing skills, the integrated capability and so forth.Then who do you think will get the opportunity?A hurry-scurry guy with no idea on mind or the one with a corresponding plan of his career? Planing for the future will always give us a better chance to exceed others and succeed in the end.
