高一在美国做了一年交换生 在那边的transcript还不错33/851  期间还代表学校参与了UMASS的一个Teams Accadamy是高中生去UMASS交流学习的一个项目

well it helps, but not that much as many students now have experience as exchange students.

I think you, and every 13 should keep this in mind: don't focus your attention on how helpful every experience is to your application. coz this can't do any help to your application and is a waste of time. anyway, you can't fake an experience. just write down all that you have done in your application and the next thing you needa do is wait for admission.
