今天很严重的超时了，因为这题目好难想论证啊……呃，借口

The speaker presented us qualities required for the young people today which is quite plausible, I mean, these qualities are really in deadly demand for our society especially the when it's one with masses of information and tasks urging on every individual.

The first attribute referred by the assertion is the ability to plan. Planning means evaluating what should done and when should we put things into practice. This work involves choosing the possibilities available as well as setting priorities for each one. Making choice is a tough mission since it's closely related to give up at least something which is once treasured. So, the youngsters should be aware of their fundamental requisition to form a good plan for his working and studying. Through planning, one can learn the ruthless of the society and time, and become a mature person.

Another quality, however, which is inextricably tied with the former one, is the ability to organize. While the first one chiefly deals with work, this one mainly deals with working force. Only when the forces are integrated into one under command, can they be efficient when encountered the quandaries of this complex environment. The organize of individualized worker and making them acknowledge the significance of their work calls for charisma of young people especially when they are lack of hand-on experience. So, if the youth knows how to organize and direct, without doubt, he can deal with almost any possible tough situation of contemporary world with the resource at hand and his originality and dauntless.

However, there are still other attributes that are required for the youngsters when facing the world's complexity. Some young men might be blinded by the surging information and temptation, hence lost their prior ambitions for life. A long-term arrangement rather than planning present works for one's occupation would probably free the young workers' mind from the onerous working burden, thus lead to future-oriented actions which could ensure further success in their lives.

In final conclusion, I agree on the point that the quality of planning and organizing are essential for young people to face the growing sophisticated world, but I wish this statement is intended not for making a curb, but rather to act as an introduction of a more complex issue.

呃，被组长发现了，开头那个plausible写完我就想着要改结果忘掉了……
好多想表达的意思都找不到合适的单词，有的就瞎用了，这些天多背G的单词一定要注意这些了。单词储备还是远不够哇。
最后一个分论点想多说一些，但想想时间已经超的太多了，就没再展开，如果展开了估计就是ISSUE了……看来写T的作文还是没把握好火候。

这篇值得好好讨论讨论，laurejia也注意到了，你的两个quality是分开写的，从那天的电视电影构思开始我就在想题目中的A and B要不要分开，毕竟他们不一样，但是一旦分开写又会很乱，这样挣扎一下时间就过去了。

另外一点是题目里只是说the ability to plan and organize，却没有再细化plan and organize的对象是什么，是指对自己工作学习的时间安排，还是指在团队里对一个集体的任务安排组织，对象不同选择的支撑论点也是不一样的。
