Regarding your inquiry:

To add, correct, or change GRE® score recipients on your registration form, please indicate the changes on the correction stub attached to your admission ticket. Mail or fax the correction stub so it reaches ETS® no later than the Friday before the test date for which you are registered. You can also e-mail your corrections to gre-info@ets.org. If your request is not received by the Friday before the test date, you must pay $20 per recipient to have scores sent at a later date.

我8.20考的，现在准考证还没到手，而且10.25就要笔试了，要10.24之前寄到ETS，能搞定吗？Thank you !

你email过去不就可以了吗？我当时就是发邮件过去的。
或者等收到准考证以后再传真过去也行啊。
