题目是：
Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?
Youth is wasted on the young.
Use specific reasons and examples to support your opinion.

Recently the problem has been brought into focus that is the youth is wasted on the young? Some may hold the opinion that young never waste young, because need time to grow, to realize the new thing in this world. But others have a negative attitude. As far as I am concerned, I agree with this statement because, obviously, the young spend too much time to slack-jawed, to practical jokes, to seize the butterflies. Therefore, youth is not taking a good use. The reasons are presented below.

One of the primary reason is that the always don't have a clear career plan. The people who don't have a target will lose his mind. Everyone know hard working is the basic of the success, but if person who don't have a goal hard working is nonsense to them. A recent study came to us that the students who ever studied in the Harvard University took the survey in which the participant was asked weather they have an aim in their life 10 years ago. Some of them have a clear objective, others were blurry and the rest are on sense about their future. The result is in our expectations; the people who have a clear objective finally become elites in their own field and the other are the middle class or lower. What's made them so different? It is the goal in their mind.

There is also a more subtle point we must consider. The young are having no sense of the real life. It is why the old always exhort us: Don’t waste time kid, or you will be regret. Most of the old consider they were waste too much time. Nowadays the university student play the on-line game all day long even neglects their meals and sleep and others abundant their class dating with someone. Because they think youth means a lot of time. But in my view, youth is not a time of life; it's a process for us to realize the real life.

As Samuel Ullman said: youth is not a time of life; it is a state of mind; it is not a rosy cheeks, red lips and supple knees; it is a matter if the will, a quality of the imagination, a vigor of the emotions; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life. Make a clear career plane and step into the society early, take the responsibility and you won't regret will you turn old.
