Having a job to work with other people is better than having a job to work alone.

Nowadays, in sizeable enterprise, working with other people is more popular and important than working alone. Cooperation can produce more novel and useful idea which can facilitate the progress of enterprise. As the saying goes ‘cooperation is powerful’. But not all the people claim having a job to work with other people is better than having a job to work alone. I prefer working alone to working with other people in my inclination.
First, cooperation may decrease the working efficiency. It is true that more people can do something together and abridge the working time, but debating which maybe null and wasting time can not be evaded during working together. When you work alone, you can make a decision in your own mind without discussing even debating. You can also make new theory and new producer only following you mind without disrupting from others. It is not only saving time but also be propitious to innovation. When you have problem, you can insult others suggestion and amelioration, however, remind that you just need listening and thinking or sometimes asking, not the debating that may be unuseful and wasting time and make you unhappy. The mood is important in the work.
What is more, cooperation may cut down the activity and independence. The mind of depending on others may break out in the team for the reason that nearly all the people are slothful in the world. As the saying goes ‘Three monks don’t have water.’ Cooperation may put down the ability of comprehensive thinking and the ability of deal with trouble alone. Only would you ask for help when you meet difficulty. It can’t be denied that you can’t learn how to do the all thing all by yourself when you only do a little part in the integrated thing. Depending on others whittles the interest in the work, when other people do the things perfectly. Not only does it loose the activity, but also make you loose confidence.
In conclusion, working alone play an essential role in working. It exerts a positive impact on building up confidence and makes progress on improving the ability.
