Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? The next twenty years from now on, students will not use printed books any more. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

With the advancement of modern science and development of information technology, thousands of books can be stored in a small piece of disks or cards, and also can be easily displayed on various kinds of electronic screens. Base on above technologies, no paper office have became true in some fields. So, there is a statement that student will not use printed books any more in the next twenty years. Although it’s sounds nice as to some people, however, I think this statement is very absurd.
Firstly, in modern society, although many books can be stored and displayed on many kinds of electronic media such as pc screens, TVs, mobiles and so on, printed books are the main media steam. This because reading a printed books is very easy, you needn’t any devices and energy. In the future, the energy and resource will more precious, and printed books may also be used as a main media. Furthermore, printed books are healthy to people, you needn’t to worry the radiation hurt caused by electronic devices, so traditional printed books may not be replaced by other forms. A obviously example is the fact that the printed books are also prosperous although so much new media immerged. To student, the printed books may be the remain media for textbook, note book, and so on even in next twenty years.
Secondly, as for students, reading and writing on printed books is more helpful to their study. Take learning words as an example, students only use their pens and hands writing on printed books can train their ability to realize and use these words. Further more, printed books are used for about thousands year, the history have improved they are the best form to register information for students’ study. We can hardly image students without printed books.
In other words, we should admit the fact that some new forms of books such as electric books in computer have many advantages compare with traditional printed books, these books can combine sound, video, and communications. However, in my opinion, these books could only some what enrich our lives, but can not replace the dominant status of printed books in students’ class.

In general, in the next twenty years, although various media may be used in books, printed books might also be used for students.
