申请osu的填表问题

在填OSU的表格的时候出现了这个东西：



Educational History (international applicants only) (more info)                       
        List periods of your school attendance starting with the most currentfirst. Describe periods of non-attendance (for example, working or militaryservice).
                                                               

Ages

Grade Levels

Calendar Years (yyyy)

Name and type of educational institution or, if not in school, describe what you were doing

City and Country

Degree/Diploma/Certificate Awarded

而 Name and type of educational institution or.....的这一栏的注释如下：


Name and Type of Educational Institution, or, if Not in School, Describe What You Were DoingDescribe the type of school (e.g., university, secondary, elementary,vocational, teacher training, etc). If Indian or Pakistani, give the name of the university, not the college. If you were not attendingschool during a period of time, describe what you were doing, includingsuch activities as military service, employment, English language study,etc.


这难道意味着连初中小学都要填上去么？？？恐怖。。。。。
另，上面的ages是指填什么呢？

按我的理解，应该是要把小学到本科都填了 年龄就是毕业那年的年龄

填呗~这个不重要^_^
age就填那一年的年龄，grade是几年级，name和type of school直接填elementary，junior high，senior high……就OK了。
