请教一下申请中关于成绩单要求evaluation的问题

pratt对国际学生的成绩单要求是这样的：

Students who have studied outside the US in an educational structure different from the US are encouraged to submit a World Education Services (WES) evaluation to expedite their application processing. WES evaluations do not include translations. The document must be officially translated into English before submitting to WES or any other reputable education evaluation service, e.g., your embassy.

另外看见几个学校也是有类似要求，真的要去那个什么WES弄成绩单？或者直接交学校盖印的中英文成绩单就好了呢？不知道各位是如何处理的呢？
