急问！我的托福主页上"Confirm a Group Reservation"是什么意思

我今天才注意到托福主页上在my test的下面多了一个"Confirm a Group Reservation"，我甚至不知道这个东西是什么时候出来的
打开以后，页面上说:

To register for a test, please complete the following. Once you begin the registration process, please do not use your browser's Back button to return to a previous page. Be careful to not double-click a field entry.
Please be aware that this reservation has been made by the organization indicated for use solely by candidates that have been identified by them. If you are not a legitimate user of this reservation, we reserve the right to cancel the test registration and hold any subsequent score reports at your expense.

然后我点击下面的I agree，出来的页面就是下面这样

我现在一点也不明白这个东西是什么，到底我的成绩报告寄出去没有，怎么好像是没有寄出去啊，但是钱都早就扣了啊。心急如焚！请求帮忙！
