提纲1,奖励其实是每个人都参与的结果,奋斗的结果,是群体的奖励
2,正是对个体的奖励使得奖励high-profile
3,奖励对获奖者是感谢和鼓励,对为获奖者是激励。
It is true that only some famous few got the high-profile awards, Albert Einstein get the Nobel Prize for his contribution to physics, John Nash the same prize for his devotes to economics and so forth. It seems that endless examples can be presented, but the truth is that prizes only go to limited number of individuals. Do the prizes ignore the power of a group, and if true, does this ignorance hurt the society as it emphasize the power of a few people? From my perspective, these prizes indeed motivate the development of the society though they never go to any groups of people.

Above all, those prizes are actually specialized for everyone in our society. That is to say, the outcome that the prizes never awarded a group of people does not hint them as the priority of a few people. People should aware that those who got awarded are right came from the society, from fields of science to sports that make contributions to the society and motivate the development of either the realms of their study or the society, or both. In this respect, every individual has a chance of getting awarded, if he or she does devote to the progress. So, I do against the view that only a few people deserve the awards but we everybody are deserved. The only thing that matters is whether one has made certain contribution or not. The prizes do not ignore the power of groups, they respect the power of groups, and try to make everyone involved in the prizes by making your own efforts.

Additionally, the fact that awards only go to the few as a result happens to make the awards high-profile. It is the limited number that ensures the cherishing of awards. If every athlete that participates in the Olympics is awarded with the golden medal, the value of that medal would inflated. The consequences associated with that all-get-medal would be the low-profile of the games. The public would loss their interest to the game while the athletes would loss their willing to compete, not only to themselves, but also to their own limits, which is more important in the field of sport. All these would be possible if we awarded the groups.

Furthermore, as there always exist someone that is better than others, it is necessary to have certain awards go to them, both shows our thanks and encouragements. We thank Einstein for his study in the field of physics, many of his theories change the way we interpret the world. We thank John Nash for his efforts to understand the economic theory that prevent us from economical disasters. Those thanks to the giants are never too much since their existences benefit the world so much. Meanwhile, the awards are encouraging them to make much contribution to our society. It is never ever an end if one gets a Nobel Prize or an Olympic medal but a new beginning towards a better world with better science or economic.

For the public, the high-file awards are the motivation for the ambitious. In this regard, one should aware that if certain hard-working and struggle would make it possible to get the next prize. It is true that there are only a few that got the Nobel Prize every year, but the number of those who been motivated by the awards significantly out weight the number of getting the prize, from pupils to college students. Without the emphasize of individuals' effort, people cannot maintain a high willing to get that prize instead of try to be a nobody and finally been awarded as one of the groups.

In sum, the high-file prizes are actually prizes for the public that can go to anyone if he or she made gorgeous contribution. The concerns of the individuals make the prizes famous and attractive. It is the attractiveness that motivates numerous people to perfect themselves and eventually benefit the society regardless of if they finally get the prize. For those one get the prize, the thanks and encouragement would always make their effort meaningful from the past to the future.
