收到University of Delaware一个老师的信，意思是给了AD,但不一定有RA。 大家帮忙看看怎么回信要钱啊？
他的信后半部分这样写：
As you can probably understand, financial resources are tight thisyear. I do not yet know how much funding UAPP will have for 1st yearstudents. It is CEEP's policy that students admitted to study in ourdegrees or concentrations are supported with a full researchassistantship (RA) from their 2nd through 4th years, pending strongacademic performance in the 1st year and strong academic and researchperformance in their 2nd through 4th years. The RA includes a fulltuition scholarship and an annual stipend that is currently US$14,800.In return for the stipend, the student works 20 hours per week(including the January intersession when there are no classes) onresearch projects like the ones in the url pasted above.

It is possible that we will be able to offer some tuition support inthe 1st year of study but I cannot promise such support at thisjuncture. Can you let me know if you remain interested in coming to theUniversity of Delaware and if you are able to at least partiallyself-fund your 1st year of study.
