As the human society developed, the controversy grew from the gap between the old leadership and the brand new leadership attracts more and more attentions in many fields, such as business, politics, education and government. (and 连接的年的分句时态应一致吧?)The speaker claims that the leadership should change(这个词不太对,应该是接任之类的意思吧, succeed or replace) every five years to guarantee the vigor of any enterprise, which is believed the best method to success. I strongly agree with it for(as) the following instances.
First and foremost, it is inevitable that new leader will infuse the enterprise with fresh ideas, customs(这个词不太对), opportunities, and angle(s) of treating and tackling problems. Nowadays, the maintenance of energy is another vital measure of strengthen(+ing, or to strengthen ) the ability of competition. Any enterprise needs to upgrade their own capability and supplement younger vigor, ceaselessly, so that it can keep up making progress and adapting to the increasingly changing circumstances, by endless adjustment.
On the other hand, as the saying goes, the(to) err is human, it is unfortunate but true that no one dare ensure an individual will not make mistakes regardless of the kaleidoscopic world. Therefore we should take some proper measures, such as limiting the term of leadership, to preclude the wrong-doing. It is highly possible that those in power will abuse their authority, especially when they are experiencing exoteric enticement(你是想说外界的诱惑吧,但这个用法不太对), chasing wealth, fame, even awe and respect from underlings. At that point, they may restrain themselves if they get crisis awareness, which can be engendered by limitation of the tenure.
Furthermore, it is unnecessary to limit the term of leadership in some fields. For instant, in business, the leader may be the one who establish the firm as well as the one who devoted most and know the firm best, so that he/she must be the optimal person to lead the firm. Under the circumstances, what the leader need most is hiring proper subordinates who can help him/her advance with the surroundings. In addition, old leaders are subservient(?) to the enterprises, especially their abundant experiences and relations with people in the same occupation. Hence, they must be allowed participating in the election, or being a leader in honor if they have to retire.
In sum, we should limit the term of leadership to prevent corruption and lack of initiatives, giving the enterprise revitalization every several years. Only in that way, (can)the enterprise can lead a way to success(这句应该倒装吧).
