It's better to use own knowledge and expeirence to solve question, or ask other people for advice?

Using own knowledge and experience to solve question can strong one's independence. However other people's advice can be helpful for making a sensible decision. How suggestions act depends on how the person in trouble use it.

On one hand, other people's advice may bring some useful expeirence that you had not and even won't have. Questions always come from the fields which are not familiar to he/she who is facing it. Ask friends for suggestions, maybe they can help you. Or ask strange who has expeirence on that question, they can give you more imformation.

On the other hand, asking for advices is a way for communicationg with people surrounding. Not only the problem might be solved, but also exchanged expeirence and knowledge with others. Even many more friends will show up in one's life. Accumulating acknowledge by the method, showing yourself to friends of you, as long as learning from them.

Admittedly, use own knowledge and expeirence to think is important either. A careful consideration before taking advices is really neccessary for building one's independence.

In conclusion, we may think about the questions we meet before asking others, and find out which aspects can be solved by ourselves, which points should be asked. Do not close your mind to the surrounding, then form your own rule of judging truth.
