这个帖子做的很好。基本途径都画上去了，除了香港律师走TRAINEE SOLICITOR /BARRISTER PUPILLAGE ROUTE，还可以走OVERSEAS QUALIFIED LAWYER ROUTE。

还有一个重要的NOTE，大家看到了英国的MA IN LEGAL STUDIES这条路，选读这类课程的时候一定要首先确认，这个MA IN LEGAL STUDIES 是有 Professional Recognition：The MA in Legal Studies is recognised by the Law Society and the Bar Council as a qualifying law degree for practice in England and Wales.
你自己怎么可以简单确认，可以参考官方名单：http://www.sra.org.uk/students/academic-stage.page

我所知道是有QLD/QUALIFYING LAW DEGREE STATUS PROGAM:
BRISTOL MA IN LEGAL STUDIES, HULL UNIVERSITY MJUR, QUEENS UNIVERSITY BELFAST, MASTER OF LEGAL SCIENCES, SHEFFIELD MA IN LAW, UNIVERSTIY OF SURREY MA IN LAW

上述课程修完完获得学位，在英国一定是个QUALIFYING LAW DEGREE,但是，你不一定能有资格马上报读香港的PCLL，需要补很多课程。这个官方信息 http://www.pcea.com.hk/package.pdf

英国只要已经完成下门这课程就符合QLD，香港不一样
The following subjects cover the Foundations of Legal Knowledge subject areas:
- Common law reasoning and institutions
- Public law
- Elements of the law of contract
- Criminal law
- Law of tort
- Land law
- Law of trusts
- EU law

香港的具体标准是：

To be eligible for admission to the courses leading to the PCLL, an applicant must have completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent undergraduate legal studies either in Hong Kong or other common law jurisdictions, or have passed the Common Professional Examination (CPE) of England and Wales or the Common Professional Examination Certificate (CPEC) of Hong Kong.
Core subjects
The degree or qualification must be in common law, and should include passes in eleven core subjects, including the following (or equivalent):
·
Contract
·
Tort
·
Constitutional Law
·
Criminal Law
·
Property Law
·
Law of Trusts (or Equity or Remedies).
·
Civil Procedure
·
Criminal Procedure
·
Evidence
·
Business Associations (or Company law)
·
Commercial Law
Six of these must be completed as part of a student's main law qualification: Contract, Tort, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Property Law and Equity.

如果不是上面所述6门课程必修是你的国外课程中覆盖了？
Conversion examinations are offered twice a year for the remaining five subjects.
Students may complete these core subjects:

as part of their non-Hong Kong common law qualification;
·
as a visiting "internal" student in one of the three universities awarding LLB and/or JD degrees in Hong Kong and passing the requisite examination; and
·
by passing the relevant subject in the Hong Kong Conversion Examination for PCLL Admission

还有个2008年9月后的新规定，就是国外回来的LLB/JD/MA等等，都需要补下门课
From September 2008 onwards, all candidates with overseas qualifications (i.e. not graduating with a law degree from local universities) must demonstrate competence in the following areas to be eligible for the PCLL:

Hong Kong Constitutional Law
·
Hong Kong Land Law
·
Hong Kong Legal System
Students may do so:
·
as a visiting "internal" student in one of the three universities awarding LLB or JD degrees in Hong Kong and passing the requisite examination;

as part of the Graduate Diploma in English and Hong Kong Law taught and awarded in Hong Kong; or
·

最后是英语要求雅思7分

International English Language Testing System (IELTS)
In addition to the above admission requirements, all students applying for PCLL must take the IELTS English proficiency test not be more than two years before the date of application. A minimum score of 7 is required, as set by The Law Society of Hong Kong.

圖表有大錯, 已修正, 謹此致歉。

另，關於入讀PCLL，除了樓上說的IELTS要7級外，法學院的收生標準主要以申請人在認可之法律學位的成績為主，現時，入讀PCLL的學生主要之成績約為：
(1) LLB with 2nd upper class honours or above;
(2) JD with GPA 3.0 at least

还是看不太懂啊，请问楼主：1、必须有香港身份才能参加律师考试吗？2、中国大陆的法学硕士学位可不可以直接去考PCLL？也就是说属不属于你图表里的“其它认可法律学位”类型？3、如果承认的话，是不是就是需要参加PCLL的入学考试？4、PCLL是一个资格证的学习是吗？是不是和中国大陆的司法考试不一样，只要考过了，就有资格证。是不是必须完成PCLL的课程学习，才给发证书？那完成PCLL的课程之后还有类似于“结业”的考试吗？还是直接找到律所实习就可以了？
