With the more and more fast-paced life in morden society, individuals are always suffering various stress from work,study, and personal affaris. How to unload this heavy mental burden and then to rebuild confidence to face next challenge? Different people may choose different ways for a relax. In my opinion, the most effective way to realeas pressure is to spend some time with friends rather than to be alone.

On one hand, communicating with the ones we familiar and trust contributes a lot in helping us feel less nervours. For instance, when we are worried about our work in this global recession, we can confide the troubles to our best friends. They may share their
relative experience to us, or suggest a travel together with us, or just listen to us queitly. No matter whatever they do, we will feel better when someone eles trusts us, supports us and shares difficulties with us. In a word, it is friends’ care and comfort that lead us to a brighter way when we encounter rough issues.


On the other hand, long-time being alone, especially when we encounter troubles and feel nervous, will make us feel even more lonely. For example, if we spend time alone when we are under pressure, such as staying at home, it is probable that we may concentrate more on troubles as nobody can help us make a diversion from them. When we enjoy ourselves in collective activity, such as shopping, having dinners or hiking with friends, there is no time to think too much about trifles.

As far as I am concerned, the most effective way to keep us from nervous is like this, face the trouble, talk about it and change opinion with friends, who may give us valuable advice or comfort us, and then forget the trouble with the accompany of others. In a word, the best way to truly relax and reduce stress is to spend time with others instead of being alone.
