I think no matter where you are, and whatever you are doing, there are always different challenges and tough tests from life whether you accept them or not. one of the most powerful cognitive thinking ability I learned from psychology is always be aware of the 'problems' -- distinct those catastrophic thoughts from the self from external events, and never let your negative emotions be part of the problems. after all, life is tough in someway we may not like it, we stilll need to be tougher in order to go over them. soo.. add oil and pray for a little.

Offer选择求建议
bg: 中9本建筑 打算硕士毕业就找工 读博没想好 大湾区就业 岗位兴趣是大模型算法 0技术实习 论文有一篇A会三作
1. 港大 计算机科学(多媒体计算) MSc
时长：1-2年 (往年都是1年，今年下的offer变了，先当1年看)
学费：港币$334,800
地点：香港薄扶林
上课为主，可选capstone做一些项目，优点是补实习利好，可选第二年12月毕业，所以可以参加两次秋招，找工作时间充足，同时title高，在一些场合下有好处，缺点是水，本科非科班，一年硕出来认可度不高，想冲大模型算法感觉不够
2. 港大 人工智能 MSc
项目时长：1.5年
学费：港币$390,000
地点：香港薄扶林
上课为主，相比CS数学课更多，优点是补实习利好，第二学年1月毕业，所以也可以参加两次秋招，找工作时间充足，同时title高，在一些场合下有好处，缺点是水，本科非科班，一年硕出来认可度不高，想冲大模型算法感觉不够
3. 港中深 计算机与信息工程 MPhil
项目时长：2年
学费：人民币￥280,000
地点：深圳龙岗
科研为主，课很少，优点是利好搞科研，读完基本会有paper产出，攒paper没问题，缺点是导师不放实习
如果想读博很合适，目前在组里做RA体感也不错
但是这个项目找工不友好，导师不放实习，组里mphil毕业直接工作案例稀少，我其实没想好要不要读博，但可以确定不打算一辈子做科研
我觉得核心就是考虑：
1.这几个不读博直接投目标岗的适合度
2.title能不能过简历关
3.攒paper和实习的友好度
关于读博
将来打算在国内发展，走学术路线的可能性有但不是很大，因此并非确定读博。毕竟计算机还是希望进企业和核心研发。比起当教职还是更想进工业界
短板:
目前0技术实习，没有对口的大模型LLM实习，也缺一作的paper，都要补
纠结的点：不读博的选择
目前主要没办法决定读博还是不读博
关于msc，直接就业导向，补实习挺方便，但是担心非科班读一年硕出来找大模型算法岗会比较困难，同时由于课很多，不太能攒paper后续读博，万一想读博也挺费劲的
关于mphil，基本上找大模型算法岗问题不大，万一想读博拿自己成果申phd也没问题，但是导师不放实习，不利于直接就业，我需要对口实习和论文，这个项目paper好攒但实习不友好
想咨询一下大家的建议??

读房产评估专业选RMIT还是WSU？
如题。两所学校均已下offer，但不知道该怎么选择。课程的话两所学校出来都可以成为valuer, 且工作不好找程度相当。主要纠结的点为：
1.花费。RMIT学费比西悉尼贵，西悉尼还有6000刀奖学金，很诱人。墨尔本市中心的花费大概率比悉尼郊区高。
2.移民州担。维州政策和竞争稍稍微比新州有利一些。
3.课程设置。RMIT的课程似乎更偏向实践，法律金融什么都沾点，WSU的专业设置导向性很强，名字就叫房地产开发与评估。
