This issue is told us an information that things should be acted to beas simple as we can,which is what requires real effort and courage.Although it is widely accepted that things in some special realms arecompleted by pointing to the direction of simplicity, it is unlikely tobe true that things of other areas have to be acted toward the oppositedirection---the complexity, as a result of satisfying the individual orlocal benefits or some peculiar functions and considering the essencesthings itself.
The reasons will be given in details for the following.





      Firstly,the way to solve a thing may be from the complexity tosimplicity ,which accords with the minds of the majority ,in other words,is most applied to his or her daily life or study. What’s more, theincreasing competitions in kinds of occupations in all over the worldrequest us to improve the efficiency of work, create more benefits forcompany, which requires us to aptly choose and to decide the methods todeal with things .One way is widely adopted that acting things arepointed at the simple direction is called as the most efficient and mosteffective. For example, in a test, if he or she adopts the relativelysimple methods to settle questions in examination, then he or she willhave enough time to answer the questions, the higher accurateness,earlier to finish the test than take the relatively complex ways. Ofcourse, the result is likely that the former acquire a high score intest.
It is also proved by an increasing number of people that the method issignificant in some realms in nowadays work or study. The number ofpeople, who will select timely to go to the internet by searching forthe Google rather than by consulting the dictionary or other traditionalways when resolve a query at hand, is dramatically augmenting.


    Secondly, it is no denying that the interpersonal skills will be moreand more crucial for individual in society,and so how to develop andimprove the interpersonal skills is the identical important andimpending thing. We can easily understand a common truth that we canrapidly develop our interpersonal skills, and finally turn to bean excellent interpersonal individual by felicitous and conciseexpression.
