To be qualified as a pharmacist in Japan, you must have a 4-year B.Pharm degree from a Japanese university AND pass a national phymacist registration examination. There's no professional master degree such as Pharm.D in Japan. All the pharmacy undergraduate courses are conducted only in Japanese. Therefore you need to pass a Japanese language test and a college entrance examination including an interview to get enrolled in a pharmacy undergraduate program. There are very few scholarships you can apply in Japan and more than 90% of Chinese students are finacially sponsored totally by themselves (some even as PhD students).
