u r right.... budget is always a big concern.... and u have to kill significant amount of time lobbying for what you need financially from higher hierarchical authorities such as the dean :lol from time to time, it may work if u've got impressive manuscript.

宜居不宜居是另外一码事，但是去法国一游倒是非常值得
