With the remarkable development of technology, not only adults, but also children are leading a more and more hi-tech life style. So advanced is technology that we can almost do whatever we want by turning to it. At the same time, there is a social phenomenon nowadays, which also arouses wide public concern, that our children seem to lose power in the competition with us (好绕的句子!!!). Some people automatically link these two things together. They claim that advanced technology causes children show less creative than they were in past. As far as I am concerned, there is no such a strong tie between them. Moreover, advanced technology even exerts a positive influence on children, when it comes to the development of their creativity.笔者实力超强啊,第一段词汇丰富, 未见什么错误,个别添加的词略显中式,)
In the first place, it is the way that children abuse new technology without curiosity rather than technology itself that prevents children from showing more creative. The current education system leads children to accept the knowledge given by teachers passively. Consequently, it gets children in to the habit of learning or using technology without thinking and exploring. It is conceivable that, in the long run, this teacher-centered system will cause children's creativity draining away. Apparently, it is our education system that is to be blamed for this worrying phenomenon
Secondly, technology enables children to realize their creativity much more technically feasible. A few decades ago, whatever children have in their mind, they can neither share with peers in the other side of the world, nor put it into reality. Things are quite different these days. Today, when children create something, it is possible for them to materialize it in the cyberspace and communicate with others in the rest of the world. And there are even some special websites designed for this purpose. It is conceivable that, by communicating with peers who have the similar idea, children can improve their creative thoughts.
Also, the development of science and technology brings children, as well as adults, new methods to analyze old problems. For instance, the game theory originated from mathematics is applied in economics; the new statistical methods are applied in nearly all kinds of modern science ranging from anthropology to astrophysics and so on. Children benefiting from these scientific and technological breakthroughs can look at the world in a fresh, new perspective which enhances their creative capability.

From the reasons listed above, I can safely draw the conclusion that technology does not lead to children showing less creative. On the other hand, it even helps children to be more creative. Thus, we should not worry about advanced technology affects our children in a negative way; instead, we should keep improving it.
