As the modern society is developing in an unprecedently rapid speed, we are forced to deal with more and more challenges. Especially the young people, who need grow and survive in such an atomosphere with a lot of fierce competetions, should always be able to plan and organize.

First of all, the ability to plan and organize can make us more efficient. Nowadays, efficiency is always given the first priority. While, it is a good plan that can be helpful of leading to an efficient work and a perfect result. Show such a story for instance. If a student can make an efficient plan before writing a report, he will clearly know each step of this work, including which materials he would need, when he should go to the library and so on. Thus, not only the student could
finish the report a long time before the deadline, but the report will have a higher quality. While, maybe the student can save more time to do something else. I think our young people need know that learning to plan and organize efficiently can get a more satisfactory result.

Secondly, the young people with the ability to plan and organize can be more competitive. In the present, More employees would like the employers who own a good ability to plan and organize the works well. As the represent slogan, "Time is Money" has been widely recognized from the big Joint ventures to the little stores in the market. We all know the economic principle that more products in per hour can make more profits. Then, how to make the profits? Well planing and oganizing would be the constructional way. And also, with such ability, one would get more preparation to build a overall grasp, prevent the potential conflicts and challenges, and deal with the personal relationships well. No matter which job one would take, I think to plan and organize is a intergrate ablility which is generally welcomed.

As a conclusion, I do highly recommendate the young people to pay more attention to the ability of planing and organizing, and learn about it. With such ability, we can be more efficient and competitive. Furthemore, we would join the modern society harmoniously and do better in the fast-paced and competitive modern world.
