On the one hand, the author in the reading material gives us a simple introduction about our cornea. And on the other hand, the speaker in the lecture deeply explains the cause and consequences of corneal injuries and ulcers.
To begin with, the lecturer cites that hitting the face will cause the corneal injuries and ulcers. For example, ball playing, fist, fly, and other kind of tissues could get close to your eye are all possible to make your corneal get injured. What’s more, the speaker especially refers the table work for the simple reason that it will make the harm for one or two pieces.
What’s more, the lecturer also says that we are possible to get hurt from the chemical and allergy. In the lecture, the speaker recount some kinds of chemicals which will have bad effects on your eye and she argues that even the ordinary dust will hurt your feeble corneal. Besides, the professor in the lecture also suggests that the virus and fungus will cause the illness of corneal for its nutrient deficiency. Furthermore, overexposure will cause some problems because it cannot be detected after the long time of exposure.
At last, the lecturer in the speaking material says that there are several ways to cure these eye symptoms. For instance, we could find an eye doctor to examine whether we have such an eye problem. Moreover, we could take some drugs under the permission of the doctor and wear some artificial glasses.
All in all, the speaker develops the idea in the passage and explains the reasons and methods in the cure course.
其实听的时候有点混乱。。。好几个词困惑了我。。。
