As the modern technology and economic rapidly developed, the number of knowledge is greatly increased, it requires human beings to be more creative to promote the society development. Furthermore, it demanded teachers to have more intelligent of colloquial relation. I hold agreement of this saying.
First and foremost, relate education well or not directly affect the quality of absorbing knowledge to students. Illustrate that if a teacher has a distinguished idea or excellent intelligent, but he/she cannot expression clearly to student, how we can see the effect from studying, for the teachers' statement only be capable to distinct by themselves. As learning is double reflection of teacher expressing the education and students absorbing it, none of which can ignore. So that the relation ability of teachers is more crucial than how many knowledge they possess.
What is more, via listen the smashing expression from a teacher, students can be more increasing reflection abilities. Call into memory of Einstein, when he discovered quantum theory, no more than five scientists knew his idea first. In that case, he needed to expression to scientists and cause them reach the consensus with him. When it comes to Hocking, he discovered the cosmic explosion theory, well, he related them in a brief and understandable expressions which make pretty well everyone in the world distinct about his greatest theory which rapidly lead him to turn into one of the most celebrated persons in the world. In consequence, the relation of the knowledge should put in the first place.
Last but not the least, scientist saying that creative expression is the marriage between cognitive and expression of feeling and emotion, not of which could be limited. As the developing of modern life, human beings require more creativity to progress. Without cognitive ability, human beings cannot explore the world, but without the skill of relation, even if one has some creativity idea in mind, he/she cannot practice and cooperate with others and achieve success. Above all, relation is considerable significant skill of teachers who transport educations and enlighten students to be more creative.
In conclusion, teacher should put the relation skill at the first place. Without distinguished relation skill, students are not capable to learn anything from them, even how intelligent they are; without excellent relation, even the peak scientist could not be accepted by students; without well relation, the creative reflection could not be agree with rational and reach congruity.
