个人的抱负和观察对于革新很重要.
团队之间的合作交流对于革新也很重要,众人拾柴火焰高.
所以对于革新来说,首先是个人观点的提出然后是众人的磨合交流,是两个不可少的阶段
写完之后才看提示和别人的文,按照自己的思路来写得，觉得有点跑题了，对于enterprise and unique perception分不清~

The speaker asserts that an individual who is full ambition and perception plays an key role in the innovation. I fundamentally agree with the assertion. What's more, I consider, suppose the innovation includes two major stages which are individual work and team work, therefore, team work is another vital role in this chain which provides wisdom and ideas far more than individual offers solely.

Initiative and unique perception is indispensable for any innovation, which always belongs to innovative individuals. The critical thinking ability of individuals is the resource for innovations, whether in politics, business, or arts and so forth. In retrospect, Sun Yat-san, being called "the father of nation" by Chinese, was a ambitious statesman who determined  to overthrow the feudal Qing Dynasty, then to found a republic. Without his initiative and revolutionary ideology, democracy and legal system would not be brought to China at that time. The same enterprise and perception also can be found in businesses talent such as Michael Dell who founded the Dell computer Corporation with nothing more than 1000 dollars and an idea. He got a creative strategy to sell computers to users directly while bypass the middleman, and now his company is the fastest-growing major computer systems business in the world. More than these examples, individuals in many fields fully illustrate their aspiration and insight contribute seminal meaning to innovations.

On the other hand, cooperation and communications of team is another necessary factor for innovation. Team spirit, which means contacting with each other, producing more fantastic ideas, encourage teammates, dreaming for the same goal, not only works out many details, but also finally  brings out the innovation. Hardly can we imagine George Lucas could finish the innovative Star Wars by his own imagination and aspiration. Neither can we believe ENIAC, the first operational electronic digital computer could be invented by an ambitious scientist alone. It is the efforts of the whole team that eventually carry the innovation out, realize individual's enterprise and perception.

Therefore, individual's personal contribution and team's whole spirit work the great innovation out. It was with help of many oversea supporters that Sun Yat-san led two revolutions and finally founded the Republic of China. It is by trust and cooperation with many excellent crews that George Lucas's imaginary story be able to be influential movies. Individuals usually put up unique ideas then team work evaluate whether it is feasible and worthwhile; when two sides match together, innovations come.

To sum up, one should attribute the true innovation to an individuals and a team at the same time. An individual serves as the impetus for innovation, while a team improves individual's perception, makes it better and works it out. They are two essential parts of innovation in any field.
