I strongly assent to the opinion that an individual with the enterprise and unique perception plays a significant role in true innovation and most of the detailed work may be finished by a team. Therefore [这里好像应该用个表示转折的词吧], to my mind, both individual’s enterprise and unique perception and teamwork are crucial to innovation.
To begin with, individual enterprise and unique perception is necessary and essential for true innovation, without which no novel ideas and no creative thoughts will come out. History is replete with individual innovation [innovations]. Taking Henry Ford, who brought America to the nation of vehicle for example, he combined precision [precise] manufacturing, standardized and interchangeable parts and a continuous moving assembly line, which revolutionized automobile production by significantly reducing assembly time and lowering costs per vehicle. Henry Ford’s unique perception and innovational thoughts eventually leads to the efficient assembly line. This case is not rare actually, like Tomas Edison whose enterprise and persistence brought his successful invention of the first lamp bulb. Thus, I hold a strong opinion that personal unique perception and the enterprise plays a vital role in innovation. [这段论述的真不错,学习ing]
Additionally, I deem that most of the detailed work may have to be worked out by a team, otherwise some innovational ideas or technologies turns out [这里是不是要加上to be] nothing to people so that innovation becomes useless and [加上has] little value to the society. Careful observation tells me that nowadays projects are becoming more complex than before so that it must be worked out by teams. Consider Joseph W. Guald’s educational innovation, he selected five words to serve as the school’s guide, “Courage, integrity, leadership, curiosity and concern”. It is the Hyde School, which focuses on character development. This revolutionary approach to educating the whole child, coupled with the Hyde Schools' 40 years of experience, will enable individuals to develop character and discover a deeper purpose in their lives. However if the staff of the Hyde School were [did] not to applied this great thoughts in their education, the idea will not have any practical effects therefore [therefore可以这么用的吗?你确定吗?呵呵,我不知道。是不是前面要加逗号,然后and therefore?] have little innovational effects to children’s education.
In reality, teamwork and individual enterprise can operate synergistically and complement each other to bring about innovation. All members of a team can spontaneously contribute ideas and their unique perception, which is called brainstorming, [逗号换成and] widely used in management for various problem-solving. Nowadays more and more enterprises and people have already realized the importance of teamwork when they also emphasize individual enterprise and unique perception. [这段好像单薄了些,最好举个例子,呵呵]
On balance, not only the enterprise and unique perception of an individual is critical to innovation, but teamwork is also indispensable to innovation especially nowadays when it becomes difficult for an individual with limited knowledge and technology to bring huge innovation.
