Though te assertion seems appealing, further reflection shows that I cannot completely agree to what he claims. There is no doubt that nowadays, many people have find the way leading to personal success and achievement, but in the same time, regarding the highly developed society and the great progress made by human beings, we can also reach the conclusion that people really know how to make the best use of their success.

Admittedly, today's security and prosperity of our society as well as many other aspects shows that people have found the way leading to both individual's and all human beings' success. Since the definition of success appeared, people have been consistently seeking for the rules by obeying which individuals can become successful. In the process of seeking, only some of them finally reach their goal and then have a profound understanding of how to become a successful person. Through their personal experience and comprehension of the way to attain success, people find some basic rules by following which individuals can get success more easily and directly. For example, by research many individuals with great success, people find that in determining personal achievement, emotion quotient plays a much more important role than intelligence quotient. And nowadays most of the parents send their children to schools and even university for formal education and special training because today it is the common sense that compared with poorly educated persons, well skilled ones are more likely to succeed. Moreover, after hundreds of years' practice, at the cost of numerous people's lives, now people realize that only harmony and peace can maintain the survival of human being and the prosperity of society, which is considered to be the greatest success of human being.

However, making good use of success is also an important part, the skill of which has already been well mastered by most people. As is known to us all, between successes, causal relationship does exist, that is, the utilization of one success can result in another. Also, a big success consists of a serial of smaller ones, among which there are both coordinate and causal relationship. Therefore, to achieve great accomplishment, taking advantage of success is an indispensable skill. After scanning the marvelous achievements people has already reached, it is not difficult for one to see that human beings really learn such a skill well. With intelligence, creation and insight, the eminent figures reveal the latent relationship between achieved success and future goal, use previous accomplishment as a tool to reach the next one and turn small successes into much bigger ones. For instance, the invention of electric light of Edison is only a personal achievement if the benefit of it cannot be shared by the whole society. It is his foundation of electric light company that makes good use of his talent invention, brings brightness to all people at night and significantly contributes to the development of society. From this respective, it can be concluded that the generalization of electric light considered as a big success originates from the use of Edison's small success, the previous invention. What’s more, in fact, when enjoying the progress of modern civilization regarded as success of society, every day people are using such progress to create more wealth by studying and working. Therefore, everyone is the user of attained success.

To sum up, aware of how to reach success, people are also well skilled at how to make good use of it. It is true that contemporary civilization is a reflection of accomplishment attained by human being, but it also witnesses the process of people's use of previous achievement. Without either of them, the construction of modern society was doomed to be a failure.
