1．Human should have the right to accept anything just while reject anything unjust, and further try to change the unjust to make the society better. when it coming to laws, human also has the responsibility to obey just laws, and try to change unjust ones and make law system more reasonable.
2．however, disobeying and resisting unjust laws might not always be the best way to make the law system better.

a. It hard to say a law is absolutely just or unjust to everyone. every individual has his own standard which might be different from others' to judge if a law is just.  It hard to say a law is absolutely just or unjust to everyone
b. bad consequence. Almost everyone has a desire to obey the laws that benefit himself while disobey the unjust laws.
3． other way to change the law

If a stranger ask me for a great amount of  money without any reason, I will reject him without hesitation() for the reason that it is an unjust request. However, when a law prescribes that I should pay extra money every year that even outnumber my income, what should I do, obey or disobey? That comes to the question that if we should not only obey just laws but also disobey and resist laws. Of course, we should obey just laws,  change or abolish unjust laws, but we should choose proper way to  reach this aim.

Disobeying and resisting unjust laws is a kind of endeavor to change unjust laws. When negroes were prohibited from living in the same district taking the same bus with the white people by laws , they disobey those laws and try to win their right in many ways. Under the leader ship of Martin Luther King, they finally get the equal right to the write. Therefore, when confronting some laws that is unjust, human could try to disobey them to make them abolished. If a large proportion（） of people do not obey a law, the law cannot be carried out, legislators() could find that the law is really unjust and they might change or abolish that law. In this way , we could change unjust laws to just ones gradually.

Although disobeying and resisting unjust laws sometimes succeeds and really makes the law system more perfect. Allowing every individual to obey just laws and disobey unjust laws might goes to the extreme. It hard to say a law is absolutely just or unjust to everyone. every individual has his own standard which might be different from others' to judge if a law is just. Individuals always base the standards of judging if a law is just mainly on their own interest and benefits. A law that is considered just by one people might be considered unjust by another people. For example, enterprisers have relative high income and pay more taxes. Some enterprisers might think that the laws concerning taxes are unjust ,because considering that their great contribution of providing many job positions to the society and making many people have the chance the work, the contribution should offset some of the taxes. The poor might think that those laws are just, because they could get more welfare form the taxes the rich played. Without the same standard, people can only choose to obey or disobey a law by his own standards, laws will lose their functions, the whole laws system will be destroyed. Finally it will lead to a breakdown of law and civilized behavior(). thieves might thought is just to steal the money of the rich because the rich is not in great need of money, while some thieves need money so badly to keep their subsistence. In this way , its not safe to be rich.  It would be no longer attracting to work hard because extra money from hard working could not be protected, and people might be lazy and the society will lower its pace of development.  Therefore, disobeying and resisting the laws sometimes could do nothing to improve the law system and the society but to destroy them especially when the same standard is not founded.

In general, if there exist a law that people in different castes considered unjust commonly, they should unite to abolish it. While disobeying it might not be the best way all the time, they could reach that aim through legitimate ways ,for example, making the legislators to realize the injustice of that law and persuading them to change it.
