Is it necessary for the entire faculty to be required to spend time working in practical world relevant to the course they teach? I fundamentally agree with the speaker's assertion that by this way the quality of instruction of the faults(faculty) will be improved. However, the speaker unnecessarily extend this assert to all the disciplines while ignoring certain compelling field and some other factors.
The chief reason I essentially agree with the speaker (is) related to the need of the education. In the first place, disciplines, such as engineering, management, economics, law, require their faculty to do some out academic jobs that can contribute to understand the unfathomable theory. One of most famous teachers in my university teaches law , for she(he) is conditioned to combine his experience and cases that he accumulated as a lawyer with the contention(content) of what he teach(teaches), in this case which make her class more interest and understandable, while some other teacher(teachers) without such experience always lead to their classes dull. In the second place, especially in some universities with little financial support, and(主句不用连词) it is benefit for teachers to work outside, (这两句中间是否需要连词)though(through) this way they can afford the (a)large mount of experimental cost, observingly in the disciplines like chemistry and biology. In the other way, they can also take advantage of the equipments in the company or other lab(labs) they work for the sake of accomplishing the experiment that benefited to their teaching.(这里没明白,做好这些实验怎么就benefit to their teaching了)

However, the teachers in some disciplines such as mathmatics , arts est(etc). find it difficult to connect to relevant professional field. Take the arts for example. Common sense tell us that arts is representative of a feeling only related to your comprehensions and accumulation and has nothing to do with the practices work outside the academic, if any, it just acquire you do more reading and thinking critically. and so was math which is pure theory discipline can not be used in practice work alone without combine with other practical discipline like computer science, engineering, est.(这段从反面说,艺术的例子挺好,不过数学也有应用数学。最好多分析点,比如因为它们与其他的联系不多,老师们走出去的必要性不太大)
Moreover, the speaker ignores(overlooks也可) that other possible factors can also contribute to the advance of quality of the instruction. The teacher who take practical jobs which earn much more earn than teaching may overturn the primary and secondary of his real occupation. (这句语法有问题)Rather than that ,he would go to the library search for some reference book to prepare his teaching materials more perfect, or practice and try to enter into humorous element that attract his students
There are still some other aspects relevant to the issue under discussion, which unfortunately, I have no time to explore in detail. But the above-discussed reasons will justify my conclusion that the outside academic practical worker is necessary, but not the only way to achieve to goal of giving a quality instruction.
你的观点应该是平衡观点了,正面个别地方不太容易理解还是没讲清楚,我在中间注了。反面再深入些,例子是用来服务于分析的,多讲些原因。还有一点,你的论述对提高教学质量的主题扣得不是很紧,容易跑题。
另外还有语法错误, 这主要是英语本身的问题, 多多注意一下,不难改正的。
