"No field of study can advance significantly unless outsiders bring their knowledge and experience to that field of study."

I strongly agree that without the knowledge and experience outsiders bring, no study of that field can advance significantly. Also, nowadays with the rapid development of technology and science, many disciplines are intermingled with each other to construct a new interdiscipline.

Sometimes, the inspiration and passion other fields bring can do great favor to the specialists, and even be the primary impetus of achievements of that field, especially when the study is impeded. Art works always give people mental enjoyment and spiritual encouragement, when they feel desperate and morose, art woks can comfort them and make them passionate. For some experts, art can be their source of inspiration. One needs look no further than the Chorus, which is the splendid creation, when Beethoven has no idea about his finale of the symphony, he found Schiller's "Ode to Joy", which is championing the brotherhood of humanity, he suddenly felt himself was fraught of courage and passion, with the great encouragement and inspiration, he accomplished his symphony and put it on stage of concert, the audiences were deeply attracted and moved by the striking and passionate symphony, even stood up and acclaimed five times after it  was finished.

With the knowledge and experience outsiders bring, people can achieve greater advancement in their own realms. The advent of computer, which is the most outstanding invention in twenty century, benefits a lot of people including the experts. Such as the outstanding film "Lord of Rings", which win all the 11 Oscar awards that it was nominated and was extremely popular with the overall world film fans, was created mostly by relying on the use of computer's technology, in this movie many quaint characters and excellent scenes was the perfect works of the complete outsiders-- computer specialists.

Furthermore, many new born disciplines are consisted of other preliminary disciplines. The study of up-to-date semiconducter of deep-submicrometer technology, for example, physics helps to explain the quantum effect which tends to be more and more dominant in the device behaviors; the material science plays crucial roles in device packaging and photoresist; and mathematics enhance the abilities of simulating software which help predict the characteristics of the integrated circuits before the chips are put into production. There are also many combined subjects such as biomedical concerning biology and medicine, biochips involved biology and computer.

In sum, not only the outsiders can bring knowledge and experience to the particular field of study, but also many disciplines can combine together to create a brand new interdiscipline. Both of these great achievements can help human being to realize a brilliant future.
