ISSUE56 Governments should focus more on solving the immediate problems of today rather than trying to solve the anticipated problems of the future.
提纲：
1.       当现在的紧急问题不解决的话将有不好的结果发生，甚至是灾难！温饱问题
2.       但是，现在的许多问题都是当时没有考虑的将来而产生的，目光短浅。因此在解决现在问题的时候要考虑到将来。经济发展和环境污染
3.       研究将来的问题可以让我们获益很多。宇宙空间站―――登月

I strongly agree that governments should pay more attention to sovle the immediate problems of today than trying to solve the anticipated problems of the future under certain situations. Yet in my view, the anicipated problems in the future should not be ignored and we should solve the problems in the sight of future.

The reason for my fundamental agreement with the speaker is that when the immediate problems of today are really urgent and become immergency, the government should manage them firstly to provent them from changing into the unpredictable consequences,ever disasters. At the time most of the people in a society are hungry or out of work or lack the basic skills needed to survive, how could the government find enough courage to put a lot of money into the unpredicable problems in the future, such as the place where we will live 1000 years later. After all, that foundamental life necessity is indispensable. Who will care about what happens after 1000 years when he/she is struggling to survive? If the government don’t take measure to sovle the basic life problems of people, I am sure that starving person will be the cause of a commotion. The stability of the country will destroyed at all finally. Accordingly, I concede that government should focus more on this kind of immediate problems of today.

However, due to the shortsighted view governments fail to take the anticipated problems into consideration as to cause a lot of questions when they hurry to solve the immediate problems. For example, in order to improve the development of economy, government provide policy to encourage the multifarious industry. However, they don’t notice the terrible pollution of some industy to the environment which leads to many serious problems later. This phynomema have happened in most of the countries of the world, no matter the developed countries or the developing countries, which cost more than the profit of enconomy to deal with the pollution and the series of problems. If the government consider the pollution and the economy together, I think the environment will get better now.

Having recongizing that focusing on solving the prospective troubles will make immense benefits far from our imagination. At the beginning of the research to the space, many people asserted that there was unneccesary to pour so much money into the rearch because we couldn’t fly to planets. 10 years later, the cosmic airship not only sent people to the moon bu also do favor to human to accomplish important reseaches such as gene aberrance. We have to concede that the research is successful.  

In conclusion, from the comprehensive consideration I deem that governments should put emphasis on the research of both the anticipated problems of the future and the immediate problems of today. Which is more immportant lies on which is more urgent or which will give long time benefits to human. In short, governments should consider problems in a long time foresight whether they are today or in the future.
