I strongly agree with the assertion that education prepared for the individual needs and interests of each student will be really effective . Because education play an crucial part in the future life of a student who wants to really acquire useful and pragmatic knowledge in the school. The efficiency of education in the school directly influences the rest life of the students after they walk out of the school gate and step into the society in which competition exist everywhere.

The teacher-centered education existed today in which the teachers are the center and the students have no choice but follow the progress of the teachers blindly is totally general and is not possible for students to learn what they want to know and what they truly interest in. As a result, most of the students regard attending a class as a boring thing just because they can not pay their attention on things they do not interest in .Obviously there is little efficiency when students obtain knowledge in this type of education.

However, the genuine education, as Socrates knew more than two thousand years ago, is not inserting the stuffings of information into a person, but rather eliciting knowledge for him; it is the drawing out of what is in the mind. Nothing could be the genuine education but the student-centered education in which the students learn what they want and the teachers help them to crack the difficulties. Only when concrete individuals really learn something and realize their ideas can education work truly effectively. With the interest in, it is no doubt that the students can find the spark of truth that God has put into every heart and kindle to a flame. Also, we can easily come to the conclusion that education that can meet the meets the individual needs and interest of each student become more efficient.

On the other hand, as the depth of knowledge that the student gain increasing, the moral education should not be neglected. Because We live in a society with a legal system in which everyone must obey the law and the ethic. No matter how efficient the education is , the knowledge obtained by the students is possibly harmful to our society without the restriction of morality. For instance, students whose interests are martial art should be teach not only how to combat or self-defense but also how to be benevolence to others who are not as strong as him in effective education.

In sum, efficient education is emphasizing not only the interests and needs of the individual but also the moral education. Emphasizing interest and needs of the individual can develop the ability, potential and intelligence of every students with rapid speed. Emphasizing the moral education can help students not to break the law and to make full use of his intelligence dedicating to our society. Such education can be called effective.

个人觉得哈，第一段根第二段论述的是，谁centered教育才是有效的，跟主题似乎有些偏阿，
第三段讲道德教育也重要，这跟满足每个学生的需要和兴趣也不太符合。
题目的关键词有effective,every,needs and interests。觉得可以从这里入手来论证。
这篇似乎反对意见比较好写。当然也不是完全反对。
我目前对论证的问题比较感兴趣也比较头疼，楼主有空德话多讨论下哈
