In this analysis, the arguer claims that Parson City residents care more about public school education than Blue City residents do. To substantiate the conclusion, the arguer cites the example of Parson City typically budgets twice as much money per year as Blue City does for its public schools In addition, the arguer assumes that both cities have about the same number of residents This argument is unconvincing for several critical flaws.

First of all, the argument is based on a hasty generalization. According to the cited studies, Parson City budgets twice as much money per year as Blue City does for its public schools seems that Parson City residents care more about public school education than Blue City residents. This fact tells very little about what actual strategy the city government adopt when they decide how much to investe

In addition, the arguer fails to consider several other relevant factors that may influence budget decision. For instance, though both cities have about the same number of residents, the student numbers are truly needed to consider in budgets. And the taxes the government gets from residents may not similar. When people in Parson City have twice income than Blue City and the students number just as half as Blue City, then the condition is upset, so the author’s judgment seems so inconvincible that just deduce from budget.
   
Finally, the arguer overlooks other respects of evaluating if a government cares education. Only increase investement will not improve the quality of education. The government should make time inspections of schools for finding some potential problems in school and for inspecting if the investment is used for their education rather than other aspects.
