Society is consisted of human beings. So, which brings us more benefits, the individuality or the conformity? The author assumes the latter. I concede that we should not overlook the advantages of the individuality, and I take the value of conformity into importance.

Admittedly, the prominent individuality, sometimes called the great man or hero, makes great contribution to the world and then leads us ahead. If there is no such man, we human beings would not make progress. For supporting examples, we should look no further than the political leader, Washington. Without the leadership of Washington, there could not be the USA, the superpower country in the contemporary world. Even if lots of brave and strong soldiers should also be admired and memorized, Washington was the very man who united them and erected a common purpose for them all. What’s more, Bill Gates is also a good example in this point. Because of Bill Gates, lots of young men decide to engage in the IT profession if there is any chance. Therefore, the achievement of individuality is not only the motive to success but also a great example for the offspring to follow.

But, at the modern times, only example is not enough. The ability of conformity with others is also necessary when one person would like to acquire success in his/her career. The Human Genome Project, as we all know, involved many countries all over the world, such as the USA, the England, and the France and so on. If the scientists who came from different countries, had different customs could not get along very well with each other. How could they sit together and discuss the problems found during their research. Besides, just in the industrial realm, the conformity could be seen. The assembly line requires all its workers to cooperate well and efficiently with others. They should quickly and effectively finish their job, and then the next worker could finish his/her work correspondingly. Consequently, unless every one does his/her job effectively and gets on very well with each other, the whole project could operate well.

The conformity is the basic element for success just as what was mentioned above. Moreover, unless people comply with the principle of conformity, people could be admitted by the society. Bayer, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world, claimed that they would cease the production of one of their drugs for some dangerous ingredients in them. Although they got a tremendous economic loss after the announcement, they acquired the trust from people. To the contrast, if the Bayer held the news, still produced and sold these unhealthy drugs, the consumers could never buy the productions of Bayer one day they find the truth. In addition, not only the company, the general person should also adhere to the moral regulations. Maybe this time you benefit from the cheat to others, yet, next time they would not cooperate with you.  If no body would like to trust and cooperate with you, could you make a living in the world, and could you then succeed in your career alone? So, everyone should not violate the basic moral regulations so as to build up a good fame.

To sum up, as what I have said, of course, the function of individuality could not be neglected. More great men set mean more good examples for children. However, at the same time, we should also emphasize the conformity with others and the conformity with the regulations, if we have the desire to win the trust from others and the desire to make achievements in the world. At last, what I want to say is that no matter what is emphasized, the individuality or the conformity, the main and ultimate destination is to construct a prosperous and blooming future for the human beings.

[总体来说，作者的行文很好，结构组织很好，只是第一个BODY我个人认为不是很切题，当然这个题目确实不是很好理解，我也没有弄明白，但我认为“Individuality”和“Conformity“应该有相对应的关系，而且题目的前提也是个人的经济成功，所以第一个Body谈到了社会贡献，觉得贴切。另外，文章还需要在语言和句子上再进一步的加强。]
