    In our daily life scandals like the honey for ants take uncountable persons' eyeballs.In the same time, under the scandals many problems that were supposed not to be exposed under the sun lights were also shown publicly and could be dealt with.In this term,scandals can be considered useful.However,scandals also bring about some problems.
   As we know,scandals may be the most useful way to draw the mass's attention.Speakers or reformers were those who also can draw a quite amount of persons' attention through lecture or other performances.Yet such a group of people must be those who care about the problems the speaker or reformers were caring about.The rest who do not concerned about such problems are impossible to be attracted by the long,dull and boring lecture made by speakers or reformers.So,no matter how great a speaker is,it is hard to draw the whole society's attention only by himself.But,the scandals can do so.A scandal just like a good movie,owns every single elements of a good movie:an entrancing story,famous characters,and always unexcepted results.What is most important,they are all real.As a result,the effect to attract the whole society's attention is not surprise.
   
    Scandals are so entrancing that many problems behind the scandals also be exposed and be solved.So it can be considered that the dealing of such problems can be attributed to  the scandals. There are many examples in many field such as politics or academia.In politics,the exposure of the relationship of the former Ameracan President Bill Clinton and Lewisky not only showed us the immoral activities of the officers but prompt the officers to pay attention to their conductsand restrain themselves away from such kinds of immorals.The exposure of academic tricks of Korean scientist as the top biologist, who made false datas, not only focus the public attention to the activity of fraud in academia but warn those who were making fraud or would do so that such kind of activities should be forbidden.It can be concluded that scandals indeed are useful in some terms.
  
   Though in some fields are useful, scandals also bring about some problems sometime. Many scandals are not the facts but some made things or twisted facts that aims to attack others And many scandals expose others’ personal life, violating their privacy. Such kind of scandals not only would confuse and mislead the mass but would do great harm to those who were involved in scandals. In politics, to defeat opponents many lies are made to defame their reputations. In entertainments, many stars’ personal lives were exposed to the public so that they encounter many troubles in their daily life, more worse, some stars’ sex tape was exposed and transmitted through the net. This not only ruins their lives but takes their lives.
   
    In sum, scandals can be useful in some areas by exposing the problems behind, but also cause many problems. However, it has to be admitted that scandals please the mass, give the mundane people talkative materials, maybe that is its ultimate function.
