There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society should take the responsibility to obey just laws a and even more important, to disobey and resist unjust laws.(同意有2种法律，但不同意obey and resist 对待不公平的法律)
1．  由小时候的例子引出公平于不公平的法律，公正的要obey 不公正的要找适当的方法。
2．  公正法律在社会起的作用
3．  对不公正的法律进行讨论（定义不公正的法律：损坏大多数人的利益的法律）：不公正法律存在是不可避免的，但要找出合适的方法解决它（appeal to amend and get rid of it）
4．  总结，公正法律要遵守，不公正法律要通过（公民帮助政府改善法律，政府要keep open to 建议）
                                                                                                                  
When we were children, we were always taught to distinguish between the right things and the wrong ones, admonished to do the good and curse the bad. Hence when it comes to laws, it is natural to classify them into just and unjust ones. Consequently, just as the speaker presents, obey the just laws and disobey or resist the unjust ones. in my opinion, it is our responsibility to obey the just laws. as for unjust ones which damage majorities’ interests, we should find proper means to improve them, not simply to disobey or resist them, because such behavior will make our society in a unstable situation, thus in the end the realization of interests of all citizens may be hindered.   
Without question, just laws must be obeyed. Such Laws are legislated to regular citizens’ behavior so as to assure the stability of our society and other individuals’ performance of their rights. We can not image a peaceful society without appropriate laws. Many people have some defects in their character such as selfishness, voraciousness which may induce them to get their own benefits at the expense of other people’s benefits. Mature laws play a important role in eliminating the conflict between individuals and groups, at the same time realizes the maximum benefits for both of parts by solving conflict. Therefore, just laws play an important role in our daily life.
What is “unjust laws”?  the issue of abortion is just or unjust?  Law over tax is just or unjust?  And what about the strategy of “Reformation and Open” in china? It is very difficult to answer the questions above. As far as I am concerned, just and unjust laws are relative and there is no absolute just laws. take the issue of “Reformation and Open” in china decades ago for example, during the process of the reformation many financial laws have been enacted. These laws make millions of workers lose their jobs and many nation-owned enterprises were bankrupt. Those victims suffering from the reformation may consider the financial laws to be unjust, but in the long run, the reformation will make our economic more energic and robust, thus majorities in our society will get more benefit from it at last. So, under these special conditions, the controversial laws which can benefit majorities and hurt minorities must be regarded as just ones. However, through our history, there existed some apparently unjust laws which damaged our human societies, such as segregation laws, racial discrimination, sexual discrimination. A better approach is to appeal the authority to amend these laws and get rid of the unfair parts rather than to disobey even violate them. If people resist the laws which they considered unjust, they are likely to impair the stability of the society. How can we develop ourselves efficiently in a society without stability and peace?
In sum, individuals should take the responsibility to obey the just laws and help the government improve the laws, at the same time, the authorities should keep open to the advices and critiques from citizens and make cautious analysis to realize the maximum benefit for our society. Only in this way, can our benefit and rights be assured at the utmost.
