And adults, obviously, seem to have the absence of choice in no time: from the subject one is devoted to, to the choice of his or her partner, one may be disturbed with abundant hypotheses. One has to assume if the choice made will be beneficial for one's development and think about all the possiblities. In this case, choices exist in every sphere of each individual.

When it comes to nations, the situation may be much the same, and the choices of nations, to some extent, are far more significant than individuals: each choice would influence tens of thousands of persons’ fortunes. First, a nation has to determine the constitution, that is, socialism or capitalism, which may bring welfare to its people. Also it should choose its allies in the international scope, and when its friends suffere disasters like earthquakes or flood, the nation must give a help. Finally, assuming that one day a war breaks out, which side the nation is to stand on may relate the people's evolvement.

Nevertheless, in some circumstances, there is no choice for neither individual nor nation. For example, what family one is born in can never be chosen. No matter the family is rich or poor, or whether one's parents are knowledgable, are far more beyond the choosing scale. Likewise, one has no right to decide the gene he or she is born with, let alone the choice of the intellect. Therefore, a person should not complain about the not so satisfied condition he or she is born in, on the other hand, one should spare every effort to conquer these seemingly difficulties, which is a process of choice. Additionally, a nation’s location is fixed in a certain zone-no matter it is in the northern or the southern hemsphere, and either the torrid or frigid zone-the nation has to adapt the climate and resources of the region. It should not choose to invade other countries to obtain terrin with abundant resources.
