Issue 36   Decide the greatness of individuals by those who live after them or by their contemporaries

            When we are considering the giants in the past, there are surely some people whose greatnesses were not fully recognized or even undiscovered in their era. This phenomenon gives us the illusion that one's greatness can only be decided by people who live after him. However, while there is no doubt that one's greatness can be evaluated by following people, there is doubt that whether it is the only way to exam the greatness of a people.
   
          When we think about a people's greatness, we always refer to the contribution of the people. Admittedly, when the contribution violates or even breakdown the old widely-accepted rules or standards, this contribution is likely neglected or even gainsaid by his contemporaries. So there people's greatness can only be recognized by those who live after them. Considering the ancient scientist, Galileo, who was an unshaken supporter of "the theory that the earth turns around the sun" and verified his theory through a great many of facts, was immured for eight years by the fatuous Vatican. The scientists after him approve of his conclusion and prove the correctness. At last in the year 1986 the Vatican had to admit that the judgment more than 360 years ago is invalid. In the course of maintenance of the integrity of science especially during the times deviant with norm, the comments of after people are of significant importance.

  History may sometimes be merciless that the contribution of a person can be acknowledged now and be proved to be flawed or even groundless tomorrow. Because it is impossible for us to determine whether the greatness of a people can also be acknowledged in the future, sometimes we need history to evaluate a person's contribution. Newton's theory, which is ever regarded to be without flaw and hallowed in the physics, has been shaken by Einstein as approximate to limit fragment. Nowadays, we don’t apotheosize Newton as the people in his era. We get a much accurate and overall judgment of his contribution, which is something only history can bring to us.

          However, with its own limitation, history can never be the only way to justify a person's greatness. In fact, the great people be justify by the following people is only a small composing part of the whole. That is because those great people who are neglect by his contemporaries are hardly known by people who live after him with little record about him. So people's greatness need to be recognized by people in their era and we also can find multitudes of great people acknowledged in their era, from scientists like Hawkin and Einstein to artists like Beethoven and Picasso, from politicians like Lincoln and Chucher to literators like Mark Twain. And with the maturing of society, more and more giants get acknowledge in their era.

   In sum, the greatness and shining points of the individuals, as a precious property of the whole society, should not only be a reminiscence and paradigm of the descendents, but also be the cynosure of contemporaries, which is more meaningful to them.

3.       ·提高商品储存不一定就会提高利润，商品的质量、商品的种类都会影响到它的销售
